Depending on how you file your tax return can determine when you will receive your refund. Mailed paper returns are processed within 6 to 8 weeks from the date the IRS receives the return.
How to Submit Your Tax Information
We offer multiple secure and convenient options for submitting your tax documents, allowing you to choose the method that works best for you.
Secure Online Portal (Preferred)
We use Financial Cents, a secure client platform, for uploading and sharing tax documents. This is our recommended method, as it provides encryption, tracking, and document security.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Option
As a convenience, we also offer in-office drop-off and pick-up services for tax documents.
Clients using this option may submit their information in any of the following ways:
- In-person drop-off at our office
- Email submission to our designated tax email address
- Fax submission to our office
Once your return is complete, you may pick up your documents in person or choose an alternative delivery method arranged with our office.
To Participate in This Program, You Must Meet the Two Guidelines Listed Below:
- Taxes prepared in prior year(s) with our company.
- Customer verification form must accompany tax return when dropped off. Indicate on the verification form any changes in address, dependents, exemption status, etc. that could affect the preparation of the tax return.
Office hours are:
Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. for drop off services.
Monday -- Friday 7:00 am through 8:00 pm for sit down appointments.
On Saturdays we are open 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.
We are closed Sundays.
